All Don Johnston merchandise may be returned within 90 days for exchange, credit or refund if it is in unmarked, like-new condition. Don Johnston product returns after 90 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns of products not manufactured by Don Johnston after 30 days.

Intel Readers purchased from Don Johnston Incorporated may be returned with original packaging and all accessories and documentation in new condition within 30 Days. 
 
If the Intel Reader is damaged due to reasons outside of the warranty refunds will be denied.  If there are missing, worn or damaged accessories a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
